Ingredients
All purpose flour 240g (2 cups)
Water 480ml (2 cups)
Sugar 5g (1 tsp)
Salt 5g (1 tsp)
Cooking oil 1tbsp

TIPS
Heat the pan over medium-low heat, close to medium, to prepare for creating larger bubbles. Once you're ready to achieve bigger bubbles, increase the heat to medium.

After cooking, cover the flatbread with a cloth. When it's all done, the inside of the flatbread will also be delightfully soft.
