Tom Cruise - Nobody's Perfect
Title: Tom Cruise & Johnny Goodboy: The New Revelation
In a distant yet familiar future, the world teetered on the edge of spiritual entropy. Religion had become fragmented, corporate, tribal. Each doctrine shouted louder than the next, offering salvation in soundbites, enlightenment in apps. Amid this chaos stood two unlikely torchbearers: Tom Cruise, the aging but ageless face of Scientology, and Joe, known to his followers as Johnny Goodboy Tyler, the rebranded rebel from Battlefield Earth, now a seeker of ultimate unity.
Chapter 1: Tom’s Burden
Tom Cruise stood in the desert outside the Golden Base in California, squinting into the sun. His mission had changed. No longer just the poster boy of Scientology, he had grown weary of the PR game and longed for deeper reform.
He lit a candle for L. Ron Hubbard, the founder, the dreamer, the flawed prophet. “You weren’t perfect,” Tom whispered to the wind, “but you were brave enough to imagine.”
Inside the hidden archives of the Sea Org, Tom had found Hubbard’s forgotten writings—early drafts, journal entries, scribbled with doubt and longing. These weren’t the texts the church promoted. These were the thoughts of a man who questioned himself. Tom took them to heart.
“I can’t keep pretending we’ve already found all the answers,” Tom told his closest allies. “We have to evolve.”
Chapter 2: Enter Johnny Goodboy
Joe—Johnny Goodboy Tyler—arrived in Los Angeles on a beat-up electric motorcycle adorned with sacred symbols from every culture: a cross, a crescent moon, a lotus, a Star of David, a spiral, and a red string from Madonna’s Kabbalah movement tied around his wrist.
“I’m not here to destroy belief,” Joe said, stepping onstage at the Griffith Observatory. “I’m here to merge it.”
His followers called it PanSpiritualism—a movement to fuse the essence of all great traditions into a new cosmic tapestry. Joe believed that Kabbalah, which he claimed predated even ancient Sumer, held the cipher to all mysteries. “It’s math and metaphor,” he explained. “It’s not owned by rabbis or pop stars—it’s the language of creation.”
Tom Cruise was in the front row, clapping slowly. He saw something in Joe he hadn’t seen since his early days with Hubbard—a spark.
Chapter 3: The Revision
Tom and Joe retreated to a monastery in Big Sur, California. Together with renegade rabbis, sufi dervishes, rogue Vatican archivists, Zen monks, and Madonna herself (via hologram), they began Project New Dawn—a spiritual revision of Hubbard’s teachings, blended with the ethical spine of major world religions and quantum cosmology.
“Instead of suppressive persons, we now talk about energetic disharmonizers,” said Joe. “Instead of auditing, we have conscious mirroring. We remove fear-based hierarchy and restore compassion.”
Tom grinned. “And we bring back forgiveness, not just status elevation.”
The movement grew. Some called it heresy. Others, revelation. Critics accused them of spiritual consumerism. “This is a buffet of beliefs!” one pundit shouted on TV.
Joe shrugged. “Why not? We’ve been starving.”
Chapter 4: Nobody's Perfect
One night, under a red moon, Tom admitted his failures to Joe.
“I pushed too hard. I judged people. I let the power of being a symbol go to my head. I tried to save others before saving myself.”
Joe handed him a glass of mushroom tea. “Nobody’s perfect, brother. That’s why we revise. That’s why we evolve.”
In that moment, the desert wind changed direction.
Chapter 5: The Merge
In the Temple of the New Dawn—a domed structure designed by AI, grown with fungal bio-material, and powered by solar hymns—Tom and Joe held the Unity Sermon. They stood beneath a holographic Tree of Life entwined with the Eightfold Path, the Ten Commandments, the Quranic stars, and Hubbard’s original triangle of ARC (Affinity, Reality, Communication).
“Our truth is not static,” Joe declared. “It is relational. Even L. Ron knew that.”
Tom nodded. “He wasn’t perfect. But he dared to write a new story. Now, we write the next chapter—together.”
The crowd—Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Jew, Atheist, and Scientologist—stood in silence as a golden light passed through the stained-glass ceiling. For a moment, nobody needed to be right. They only needed to be kind.
Epilogue: The Kabbalistic Shift
As Project New Dawn spread across Earth and eventually Mars, old dogmas softened. The Galactic Confederacy—once feared by Scientologists—was reimagined as a metaphor for the soul’s longing to return home.
And at the heart of every teaching, every faith, every myth… was the ancient symbol of human imperfection reaching for divine love.
Even if they never touched it, the reaching was enough.
Because nobody’s perfect.
But Tom tries.
And Johnny Goodboy helps him remember why.
