I've noticed Groubert take many positions that could be seen as shilling. Like LBJ as the final boss. I think he's right about Hardway but what do I know. The way he defends the Z Film and Groden is not evidence based. His position on the Three Tramps which Groden would not join him. He unnecessarily discredits Curtis in this one and covers for Rowley. Of course there's something in it for Rowley, he's in on it. But Groubert wants the entire hearing to be pointed at LBJ. Inaccurately discredits the most important witness and promotes the boring guy Tunheim. But maybe that's just how he sees it.
