....Garden Update 28/05/25....

....this week the Elder flower is in full bloom and the spuds have come on loads in the last week or two, not much left in the polytunnel as its all been planted out. Onions slow, but ok, squash settling in, cabbages from last year gone to seed, and the garlic is only a few weeks from being pulled. In the kitchen garden we've got radishes for seed, fennel, sage, onions, leeks, peppermint, lavender, spearmint, rocket, coriander, thyme, chives, oregano, spinnach, chard, tree spinach, horseradish, more chard, echinacia and lettuces. Fruit garden has currants, rhubarb and a small apple tree. Baths are gherkins and carrots. Leeks and kale behind the greenhouse, and tomatoes and lettuce inside. Chillies and cucumber in the small greenhouse and finally more leeks (going to seed) and beetroot and beans at the end....
