Bible Reading - Isaiah 62-66
I decided to do something different and record the entire workout. Metcon and Agility days are full of exercises. This session is no exception with 14 exercises in all. Today's workout has 3 different circuits. The first circuit contained 7 exercises. The second two had 3 and there was one finishing exercise. I forgot my inhaler today and that made the workout extra challenging, but regardless it would have got me breathing hard. I completed the workout in 35 minutes. Tomorrow is an upper body day. I'm looking forward to getting some good pumps!
