First-Ice: Out of control brook trout fishing! PA ice fishing 2024!

Ice fishing for stocked trout in Pennsylvania during the extended trout season in January of 2024. It ended up being a crazy day of fishing, I caught several big breeder-sized brook trout and one brown trout! At several points during the video I had several big trout on the line at once, one trout collided with my heater! Overall it was a fun, action-packed day on the ice!

Ice fishing a small reservoir in the Allegheny National Forest of Norwest PA for stocked trout.

Fishing with nightcrawlers and egg sacks on tip-ups. Jigging with butter worms, wax worms, salted minnows, and a kastmaster spoon.
