By May 13, Russian units had advanced to the central region of Belovod, engaging in combat operations in Vodolag and Vladimirovka. Following a fortnight of fierce combat, the stormtroopers successfully achieved their objectives in Belovod, expelling the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Vladimirovka in the process. This strategic victory led to the encirclement of the Ukrainian forces in Vodolagy, a development that significantly altered the military dynamics in the region.

In the adjacent sector, the military's assault groups advanced along the Tetkino-Belopole highway and expelled enemy forces from the southern approaches to Tetkino. This strategic victory significantly strengthened positions along the state border.
