This work is a modern poem reflecting on self-awareness, acceptance, and liberation from toxic relationships. It is a calm, compassionate affirmation of inner peace and self-care.

Bez trudu rozpoznaję relacje i sytuacje, które nie są dla mnie dobre.
W pełni je rozumiem. Akceptuję innych takimi, jakimi są -
i sama siebie biorę za rękę -
i wyprowadzam z toksycznych miejsc, zależności, układów, wydarzeń.
Sama o siebie dbam mądrze.
Do przodu idę spokojnie,
strzepując z ramion niepotrzebny bitewny kurz.

English translation:

I easily see the relationships and moments
that no longer serve me well.
I understand them deeply and accept others as they are.
I take my own hand gently
and lead myself away
from toxic places, ties, and memories.
I care for myself with quiet wisdom.
I move forward calmly,
shaking off the dust of old battles.
