The Guilt Offering

In Judaism, the Old Testament described a sacrifice called the Guilt Offering. Many people have trouble understanding why this other offering for sin existed. This offering still relates to Christians and appears in the New Testament, though it is hard to see. Once we make the connection, we can answer other questions. Why do we sometimes feel guilt, and what should we do about it?
