Explanation: Costa Rica: A 23-year-old man, Esquivel Herrera, tragically d!ed after being struck by a stray bullet while getting off a bus in Desamparados, San José. The shooting, which appeared to target a different group of people, resulted in Esquivel being an innocent collateral v!ct!m. CCTV footage shows him running after hearing gunshots but falling to the ground moments later, having been shot in the head. Another individual, a 20-year-old man, was injured in the knee. The police are continuing the investigation to identify the suspects. Esquivel, who lived with his grandmother nearby, was working at a call center and was the third collateral v!ct!m of the year.
