Welcome to album review Tuesdays once again here on the channel and tonight I am doing another channel member request and this one comes from my girlfriend and she has asked for a review of TOOL-Fear Inoculum so that’s what we are doing tonight guys and this album was released in 2019 on RCA Records in association with Tool Dissection and Volcano Entertainment. This album comes to us a long time after 10,000 days which was released in 2006. So 13 years for a new Tool album and we finally got it. Now im sure the question on a lot of peoples minds is of course “Was their new album worth 13 years of anticipation and could it surpass 10,000 days” Well that’s a difficult question to answer because musical experiences are all subjective and open to interpretation along with “what do you expect to get from the music itself” So for myself? Yes Fear Inoculum not only shatters my expectations but it takes Tool’s music to a whole new level of amazement and wonder.

This is the epitome of what Tool have always been working towards, The Magnum Opus of Psychedelic, Mind-Altering Enlightenment through sound and of course all 4 members are still in the band with Danny Carey on the drums, Adam Jones on Guitar, Justin Chancellor On Bass and Maynard James Keenan on Vocals. Now for me to do a track by track run down is going to be damned near impossible because what we have here is an auditory experience not just “Songs” This is an unfolding psychedelic trip that emits itself in waves and various mind altering states of consciousness that simply defy explanation and reason, but it also explores ancient wisdom and the stages of awakening to how powerful you really are as a soul in a human beings body, it also talks about the struggle of feeling stuck in the 3rd dimension and how we can ascend and transcend our perceived limitations
