Phil Kerpen: REINS Act will increase policy stability, prevent costly regulations from taking effect

American Commitment President Phil Kerpen says people have been so focused on the tax cuts and savings in the One Big Beautiful Bill that they’ve overlooked the addition of the REINS Act, “one of the biggest regulatory reforms in U.S. history.” Kerpan says the trimmed down version of the REINS Act would apply to select federal agencies including the EPA, HHS, and the Department of Energy.
