Never fall into the trap of self-doubt,
Never speak negatively about yourself,
Never blame yourself for everything,
Never let yourself feel inferior in any way,
Never say things like, “I just can’t do this,”
Never say, “This always happens to me,”
Never doubt your abilities because of what someone else says,
Never find faults in your looks, physique, or skin tone,
Never be so impressed by someone that they seem like a mountain and you feel like an ant,
Never put yourself aside to give priority to someone else.

Train your mind so it doesn’t lead you toward discouraging thoughts,
Prepare your heart to believe that you are amazing just the way you are.
Have the intention that you will correct your flaws before anyone else points them out,
And you will make the best use of the qualities you possess.
