If the HEINOUS CHESHIRE HOME INVASION was perpetrated by illegal immigrants today, would state or local law enforcement be able to communicate with federal authorities regarding the murderers and their immigration status? Sadly, the answer is NO. (That's a far cry different from back in 2007 before the "Trust Act.")
And this is somehow supposed to make the law-abiding SAFER?!?
