BREAKING: Ex-Cop Escapes Prison, Sparks Massive Manhunt in Arkansas and Missouri

Grant Hardin, a former police chief dubbed the "Devil in the Ozarks," has escaped from the North Central Unit prison in Calico Rock, Arkansas. Convicted for the 2017 murder of James Appleton and a 1997 rape case, Hardin was serving an 80-year sentence. He managed to flee by impersonating a corrections officer, exploiting his law enforcement background to bypass security. Surveillance footage captured him leaving the facility around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, with the alarm raised approximately two hours later.
