This Sinatra tune was composed by Michel Jourdon, with lyrics by Paul Anka and Samy Cahn. Released in 1973 on Frank Sinatra's album "Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back", the song received little public fame by itself. It survived perhaps because of Sinatra's other hit songs surrounding it at the time. Enjoy!
