Russia has introduced the S8000 "Banderol" cruise missile into its arsenal in Ukraine, marking a significant development in the ongoing conflict. Developed by the Kronshtadt Group, the S8000 is designed for low-cost, mass production and can be launched from various platforms, including drones and helicopters. With a range of up to 500 kilometers and a cruising speed of approximately 700 km/h, it carries a 150 kg warhead.
