Should the President Have Become a Judge?

-If the courts are going to be the ones setting policy, does the president wish he had been a judge instead?

The judicial rulings have come primarily from federal courts in jurisdictions where progressive judges dominate, prompting accusations of judicial activism and a clear political intent to hinder the new administration. The White House and its allies claim that these legal blockades are part of a coordinated strategy to paralyze the Trump administration and protect Biden’s legacy, despite the clear electoral mandate received in 2024.

In response, President Trump has reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling his agenda and stated that he will not be intimidated by activist judges. His legal team is preparing to appeal each obstruction to higher courts, including the Supreme Court, where they expect to achieve favorable rulings.
