There are a lot of things to cover when working towards a smooth action on a Smith and Wesson revolver. Spring kits are often assumed to be the solution but do not result in reliability or smoothness without actually tuning the gun. In this video we go over two aspects of action work, adjusting the hammer spring to get the required weight to ignite primers, and aligning the cylinder to spin freely and allow for a smooth action.
