Arms Day with Yabonks (BodybuildingVegan)

I'm training arms with my best friend Alex, who's the founder of Karma Farm Animal Sanctuary in Gainesville, Florida. You might recognize him as "Alex with the goats" that I mention at the end of my videos! We're hitting a solid arm workout together, and it's always great training with someone who shares the same plant-based values. Alex does incredible work rescuing farm animals at his sanctuary while staying strong on a vegan diet.
