Deborra is dumping Hugh because she put her time in. She got whatever she could out of the relationship and now is pressing the eject button on the marriage. However, what goes unspoken, is that when the relationship ends the man is supposed to wither away, while the woman soars. That didn't happen in this case, so now Deborra is resentful and is attacking Jackman's reputation. (Typical female behavior)
