In May, Paradox decided to shine a spotlight back on the studio behind Vampire The Masquerade, Werewolf The Apocalypse and Hunter The Reckoning by spinning it off into its own tabletop publishing division under their roof. To me that sounds like a move that’ll let them focus on new sourcebooks and storylines with heaps more flair than before.

Their first big moment under this new setup is Bloodlines 2, landing in October with the White Wolf name stamped on it as co-publisher. That feels right, like handing the next epic chapter back to the very team that dreamed it up in the first place. And beyond Bloodlines there’s chatter of board games, TV shows, even other kinds of cross media projects down the road. Marco Behrmann at Paradox put it well when he said it’s more than just a new label; it’s an opportunity to weave all these Dark Worlds together into one epic tapestry.
