While #southerncooking isn't know for many soups and stews, a few still prevail. One, in particular, is a #fishstew. Usually, this is made with canned fish. However, on a trip to Tallahasse, Ken and his friend, Austin, caught a mess of catfish. So, in this video, Ken shows how to take common ingredients and make a tasty meal. There isn't a recipe per se. You just toss in what you like. Here, Ken used canned tomatoes, cut up potatoes, rice, water, fish, and Cajun seasoning. Traditionally, bacon is fried up first and the onions sauteed in the bacon fat.
