Wk 1: 86
Wk 2: 84-50
Wk 3: 50-36

Electrolyte Solution:
-1/2 Gallon Warm Water
-2-3 Tsb Honey (Raw is Best)
-2 Tsb Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
-The Crushed Part of 3-4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
Use for the first day.
