Numbers 33

In this chapter, Moses writes down the places where the Israelites camped and other key events in the last 40 years of their time in the desert.

The chapter ends with a warning about driving out the people that had inhabited the land, who were worshiping false gods and doing things contrary to what God wants. The people needed to completely remove the current inhabitants to keep themselves from being trapped in the same sins and idolatry.
