Joe Biden just said he’s mentally incompetent, can’t walk, and that he would have won the 2024 election on live television:

"I'm mentally incompetent, and I can't walk, and I can beat the hell out of both of them!"

Biden appeared to be referencing the book’s authors, Jake Tapper of CNN and Alex Thompson of Axios.

Then he said "I woulda' beaten them!"
Not sure who he was talking about.
