Episode 818: Revelation 1 Jesus created Adam and Eve in different ways for different purposes

Hello everyone. In tonight’s Bible study we begin our deep dive into the first chapter of the book of Revelation.

The last time we were together, we discussed the makeup of God who is Spirit, possesses a soul and body. The soul of God is Christ and the Body of God is Jesus. God then inserted His Spirit and His Soul into His Body then named Himself Jesus.

The LORD God created man the same way. Meaning God created mankind a spirit, a soul, and a body. He then inserted man’s spirit and soul into his specific body.

However, unlike God, mankind does not self-exist meaning mankind nor the angels have life within themselves. They will always and forever depend upon their Creator who happens to be the One True God.

Why is it important to know that? It is important because of the three things God is doing with and within His creation.
1. Revealing His attributes
2. Revealing His reconciliation plan
3. Revealing His Redeemer

All these things come to their fruition in the book of Revelation.

The Lord begins by unveiling His Son, the second Adam and Adam’s helper. God then unveils the ones whom the Son came to help, us, truly born-again believers.

In this study we will take a deep dive into “us” and the plan that God laid out in Genesis to effectually get “us” back to Himself.
