Numbers 34

In this chapter, we cover what the borders of the Promised Land were to be, and how the land would be divided among the tribes.

It's interesting to note that all of the men discussed as leaders of the tribes in chapter 34 were different from the ones in chapter 1. They were from different families, the closest connection might be grandfathers, or a completely different clan within the tribe.

If I'd created the maps in Bibles, I'd have included the cities mentioned (assuming we knew where they were) to make the discussion easier, even if they filled in part of it on the map. It's interesting to see how the names changed over time.
