Titus 1:1
Paul, a bond-servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the faith of those chosen of God and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,

Paul is a servant of Elohim and a missionary for Yeshua Messiah. "For the faithfulness of those chosen..." Paul was a missionary for the faithfulness of those chosen. Paul knows Elohim's people are chosen by Elohim and they do not choose Him. Paul then says he is a missionary of Yeshua Messiah for the knowledge of Truth which is according to godliness. The knowledge of Truth is His Torah.
Romans 2:20 a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of the immature, having in the Law the embodiment of knowledge and of the truth,

Heb. 10:26-28 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27but a certain terrifying expectation of judgment, and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES. 28Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.

Paul says the "knowledge of Truth which is according to godliness." The knowledge of Torah is according to godliness. Godliness means to be like Elohim, which is following His Torah.

Lev. 19:1-2 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 2“Speak to all the congregation of the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am holy.

1 Peter 1:15-16 but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; 16because it is written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”
