Book Reviews: Diverging Roads

This weeks book is Diverging Roads by Rose Wilder Lane. The accompanying cocktail is a Lemon Sour:

2 oz Sochu
1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
1/2 fresh lemon
4 oz Club Soda or Soda Water

Put the Sochu, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour over ice and top with club soda.

This was a surprisingly relevant book to today's society, given that it was published over 100 years.
