This here is my First set, my Top set of
90 lbs on the Rooe Pulldowns - Super-Lite.

My mindset for "Super-Lite" sets are to hit 15+ reps including my negatives work.

The negatives or "cheat reps" at the end are to be able to bypass the concentric, aka the "positive" portion of the lift to get to the negatives, aka the "eccentric".

This is to reach for total failure, to get a higher stimulus from the extra reps.
