Albert “Al” Torres brings a legacy of leadership shaped by decades of service. From the United States Navy to a distinguished 25-year career with the CIA, Al has operated in some of the most sensitive and high-stakes environments on the globe. After retiring, he founded a company providing classified communications services to U.S. defense agencies before turning his focus toward grassroots constitutional activism. Today, Al serves as an Assistant Regional Director for the Convention of States and is a Regional Captain for Virginia’s Shenandoah region.

Rhonda Torres, Chair of Conservatives of Lake Frederick, is a lifelong nurse and political advocate whose heart for her community is matched only by her passion for liberty. After retiring from a 34-year career at Winchester Medical Center, she found her voice in local and state politics in Texas, where she and Al founded a thriving veterans’ organization. Since returning to Virginia, Rhonda has energized her neighborhood through the founding of the Conservatives of Lake Frederick, a group dedicated to informing, educating, and empowering conservatives to get involved in local, state, and national issues.

Together, Al and Rhonda share their powerful journey—how their backgrounds in military, intelligence, medicine, and grassroots activism have positioned them at the forefront of America’s fight for constitutional principles.
