SUGAR FASTING Day 13: Is Sugar Fasting right for you?

Goal to find maintenance calories from week 2 and 3. Then i will be starting from day 1 again.

Things you can have on the Sugar Fasting is SUGAR (Fruit, Juice, Candy). Not too many vegetables, no caffeine, little to no Starch, and No Protein until Lean or a day out of the week if you choose to. FAT AND PROTEIN SHOULD BE as close to ROCK BOTTOM WHEN DOING THIS. this cut will not involve any exercise.
