June 3 - Proverbs 1-3 - Why Wisdom?

Why is it important for us to "get wisdom"?

Our Chronological Bible reading plan for June 3, 2025 is Proverbs 1-3. This could be considered a more advanced application Bible study because we don't just take the traditional view of scripture. We go deeper to see what lessons are being revealed. We are building out faith on a sure foundation - the proper understanding of who God is, Who Jesus is, and who we are in relationship to Him.

This conversation explores the themes of judgment, redemption, and identity through the biblical narrative of Gideon in the Book of Judges. It emphasizes the importance of understanding God's nature, the call to action against idolatry, and the power of a small remnant to effect change. The speaker encourages listeners to seek a deeper relationship with God and to challenge their understanding of worship and faith.
