ABOUT KATHERINE BIRD:

At one time, I was shut off to Spirit. I was in a lot of physical and emotional pain and not able to comprehend following my truth. I was lost. I made a commitment to heal myself and find out who I was.

I experienced a massive spiritual awakening that forced me into practice, presence, meditation, movement, gathering knowledge, healing trauma and pain and listening to the messages. I struggled with my awakening for many years. I struggled with my open channel, mastering my energy and emotions, and understanding my Shamanic gifts. I also struggled with how to make a living with my innate talents and greatest joys. For that, I am grateful, because it made me seek teachers, guides, and practices.

I dove into an intense study with masters of Anatomy and Physiology, movement and sacred dance, Alchemy, Yoga, Qi Gong, Shamanism, meditation, channeling, structural to-the-bone body-work, Body Rolling, energy practices, herbalism and nutrition, Reiki, Tantra and other modalities. I invested in business mentors to figure out the nuts and bolts of being me for a living. I have integrated these aspects with my own inner remembrances and explorations to offer healing and guidance for those ready to evolve.

My path now is very clear.
I am a transformational leader, healer, Shaman, channel, and guide here to help facilitate a shift in human consciousness. I support people through the processes of healing themselves and bringing their magic to the world. I help those that are called to integrate spiritual development and energetic mastery into their lives, relationships and missions. Utilizing energy work, hands-on healing, practice cultivation, coaching and mentorship. I shepherd people through their awakening and the journey to become the healers, coaches, guides and leaders they are meant to be.

I support high-performing Coaches, Healers, Light Workers, Empaths, Shamans and Channels. I work with entrepreneurs, leaders and change makers. I help them manage their energy, boundaries and demands on them personally and energetically, in order to sustain and scale their impact in the world.

I am here to help you find yourself.We uncover your gifts and develop your skills and tool kit. We dive into the parts that need healing and confront what is scary. I help you find your path and then rise up to meet it with every step in a way that you can feel proud. We discover what’s been holding you back, what needs an upgrade so that you can feel sustainable in doing deeper work with others and where your heart is leading you in life, relationships, service and more.

I continue to study and train, develop and grow. I am currently in the midst of receiving my Master in Medical Qi Gong and am in training to become a Daoist Priest focusing on Daoist mysticism and internal alchemy.
I am amazing at leading groups into healing and energy practices and love creating experiential, integrative presentations for your retreats and events. I support coaches and other’s group programs, masterminds and one on one clients bringing together live, intuitively guided teachings and practices that fit your group’s needs and I create custom courses for your clients to support their journey.
And, I am way more fun, grounded and silly than you might at first think.
