Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
13 g Sugar
10 g Corn Starch
50 g 50% Dark Chocolate
1/2 tsp Gelatin Powder
Instructions:
Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until the pudding comes to a full boil.
Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the dark chocolate.
Refrigerate for an hour or two until chilled.
Alternative Recipe (for a plant-based version):
40 g Hot Whipping Cream
8 g Cocoa Powder
200 g Milk (can use 200 g hot water + 5 tbsp plant-based creamer)
13 g Sugar
10 g Corn Starch
50 g 50% Dark Chocolate
1/2 tsp Gelatin Powder
Instructions:
Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until the pudding becomes a full boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the dark chocolate.
Refrigerate for an hour or two until chilled.
Enjoy making your chocolate pudding.
