First Open House for a Rental… Didn’t Go As Planned 🏚️😬

I just wrapped up my first-ever Open House for a rental, and it didn’t quite go the way I had hoped. 😅
Not a huge turnout, but it was still a valuable experience. People got to see the property, and I learned a lot about what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to marketing rentals in a unique way.
