477 - Universal Injunctions

Birthright citizenship has been a very hot topic for the last few years. When Donald Trump signed an executive order that quoted both the Constitution of the United States and federal law, claiming that would be the policy of the United States, that triggered multiple lawsuits. The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in United States v. CASA, but rather than focusing on the birthright citizenship question, they were asked to resolve the question of nation wide, or universal injunctions.
