Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
‌4–5 almonds
‌3–4 walnuts
‌1 date
‌1.5 tsp chia seeds
‌Soak everything in water for at least 30 minutes
‌3 tbsp rolled oats
‌Add the soaked nuts & date
‌1.5 tsp cocoa powder or instant coffee
‌Soaked chia seeds
‌1 tbsp honey
‌4–5 ice cubes
‌1 cup milk

Instructions (suggested) :
‌After soaking, add all ingredients into a blender.
‌Blend until smooth.
‌Serve chilled and enjoy.
