Kelly Wong joined a seven-member body that oversees and creates all policies for the city’s Department of Elections…

Wong’s appointment was made possible in 2020, where Proposition C removed citizenship requirements for serving on city boards, commissions, and advisory bodies. And nobody said a damn thing.
