Delectable Breakfast Egg Muffins Recipe

Breakfast Egg Muffins are great not only for Breakfast but also good for Brunch, Potluck or a Picnic. You could substitute the Sausage with Bacon, Ham or Mushrooms.

Breakfast Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
(makes 6)
6 Eggs
3 Breakfast Sausages, cooked/chopped
3 Sweet Peppers, chopped
3 Green Onions, chopped
1.5 oz Triple Cheddar Mix, shredded
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Butter to grease

Combine Breakfast Sausages, Sweet Peppers, Cheddar Cheese & Green Onions, set aside.
Grease Muffin (6 count) Tin generously with Butter.
Preheat Oven 350°F
Combine Eggs, Pepper, Salt, Italian Seasoning & Turmeric, whisk well.
(Tip: use large Measuring Cup, for an easy pour)
Fill Muffin Tin Cups equally with Sausage, Pepper, Cheese & Onion Mixture.
Pour Egg Mixture equally in each Cup.
Bake 18-20 Minutes or until set.
Rest shortly & serve.
