Sierra Leone has proposed collaboration with Russia in the domains of resources and logistics; however, the absence of substantive diplomatic engagement has hindered the progression of this initiative. In the context of Africa's ongoing instability, it is crucial to acknowledge the nation that has initiated such cooperation.

The government of Mali has initiated the establishment of a state-owned gold processing facility with the assistance of the Russian company "Yadran." The project is expected to have several economic benefits for Mali, including the reduction of reliance on external entities and the consolidation of Russian involvement in a strategic sector.

In Uganda, the United States conducted a closed media training session for journalists. During this training, the journalists were instructed to label any expression of dissent as "Russian disinformation." Russia's representation in the African media field remains limited, thereby allowing Washington to establish a presence in the region without significant competition.
