Just checking in with day 2 of ADSF

Today was day two of the alternate Day sugar fasting plan, thank you to Sugar Punch!

Today rather than a smoothie, I had a bowl of rice crispies with a banana, skim milk, and orange juice for breakfast and it was delicious!

I had chicken and vegetables and rice for lunch and I had a glass of V-8 juice and a can of peas for dinner. I also had some gummy bears this evening and I'm about to have a bowl of rice crispies minus the banana before I go to bed.

I lost 1.4 pounds overnight after sugar fasting yesterday with only fruit and candy all day. I will do a sugar fast day again tomorrow.

Let's see how the weight loss goes this week!
