The Fourth Way integrates the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of human development, unlike traditional paths that focus on one aspect (e.g., physical asceticism, emotional monasticism, or mental scholarship). Gurdjieff’s teachings, popularized by P.D. Ouspensky’s book "The Fourth Way," emphasize balancing these three "bodies" to overcome the programmed, robotic behaviors of the ego and achieve self-awareness and authentic existence.

Ken, involved in Gurdjieff’s teachings for nearly 50 years, outlines how PanTerraVida essentially operates as a Fourth Way Path. The Fourth Way involves balancing and mastering the three bodies:

Mental Body: Gemstone University offers in-depth courses on law, history, monetary systems, and esoteric sciences, synthesizing decades of research. This challenges students to expand their mental capacity and apply knowledge practically, avoiding the trap of purely intellectual pursuits.

Emotional Body: The work includes confronting and healing emotional trauma, often rooted in childhood, through advanced trauma work. This involves somatic practices and multidimensional approaches to address karmic and emotional patterns stored in the body.

Physical Body: Emphasis is placed on physical healing through detoxing, nutrition, and addressing nervous system dysfunction caused by trauma. Ken highlights practices like somatics and references past work with bioelectric therapy to release physical trauma.

Ken critiques modern societal programming, which externalizes human potential through money and media, reinforcing the "century of self." True freedom (Freedom Absolute) requires inner work across all three bodies, not superficial solutions like status correction or financial windfalls. PanTerraVida plans to establish rejuvenation centers to support this holistic work and will increasingly address paradigm-shifting topics about the nature of reality, moving beyond self-censorship despite potential ridicule.
