Rib Experiment + Homemade BBQ Sauce

Membrane off or membrane on? That is the question. I have always taken off the membrane on baby back ribs. I've always heard it has to be taken off for tender ribs. Is this true? What if you don't take off the membrane? This episode will answer all of those questions, and more.

☆Recipe☆

-BBQ Sauce-
•1 Cup Ketchup •⅓ Cup Brown Sugar •⅓ Cup Molasses
•3 TBSP Cider Vinegar •1 TBSP W. Sauce •1 tsp Paprika
•1 tsp Chili Powder •1 tsp Onion Powder •½ tsp Salt
•2 tsp Liquid Smoke, I used hickory

-Guga's Rub-
•¼ Cup Brown Sugar •¼ (Smoked) Paprika •1 TBSP Garlic Powder
•1 TBSP Onion Powder •1 TBSP Black Pepper •1 TBSP Turmeric
•1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

*This rub goes well on pork, chicken, and fish.
