Rep. Scott Perry: Are Biden’s autopen signatures valid if he didn’t know what it was signing?

Representative Scott Perry (R-PA) questions whether any of the signatures signed with former President Joe Biden’s autopen are valid if he wasn’t aware of what they were signing. “Did President Biden at the time know that he was pardoning or commuting the sentences of convicted murderers? And let’s remember, this is the Joe Biden who couldn’t even recognize by name many of his own cabinet officials. I think it really calls into question the legality of those things,” he says.
