I was asked to call in to Scoot's WWL show on 870 am by a listener... not my first time calling in to Scoot, a staunch unbeliever that our weather is controlled, but I was able to get him curious. And though he says he doesn't know the AF already admitted they control the ionosphere, he was willing to have me email him with it.
