Boat Captain Accuses Officer Of Farting

On 07/03/2022 Florida Fish and Wild Officer's connected boating safety inspections in Hillsborough County Fl. They noticed a captain driving a vessel getting his picture taken for Instagram. He seemed a little confused and accused the FWC officer of farting over and over. He was charged with Boating Under The Influence and Refusal to provide breath or urine test.
it was reduced down to Reckless operation of vessel and Refusal.
