Rhode Island Bill Would Ban Most Semi-Autos

Rhode Island 2nd Amendment Coalition VP Michael O'Neil says a sweeping semi-auto ban is certain to win approval in the state's House of Representatives today, but gun owners still have a chance to defeat the legislation once it's in the state Senate.
