I know how some of this came about... People need to contact the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to take the $150.00 class to learn or have whomever is doing their will or trust make sure they are excluded from the North Carolina loop hole. AKA land grab. Forces people into quick sale of their property and their heirs lose what should of gone to them. Just for selling somebody 1acre. That law should of been fixed a long time ago. So I ask what in the Bjesus has Raleigh been doing all these years??? Wakeup people it doesn't take a brain scientist.
